The catering team are able to provide options for a wide range of special requirements.
Vegetarian options are provided at every school meal without the need for any prior sign up. In addition to this the school caterers can cater for the dietary needs of those who have allergies or intolerances to certain foods, as well as pupils whose religious beliefs require the regular menu to be adapted. There is a clear system of labelling of meat, dairy products and items containing shellfish and nuts in the dining room. As much as possible the school caters for a range of different tastes and appetites but it should be kept in mind that the dining room caters for just over 500 pupils and around 150 staff and works hard to achieve a menu balanced for everyone.
