What are your entry requirements for international students?

All international students joining Leweston need a level of English which enables them to access the curriculum.

In Sixth Form, international applicants are normally expected to offer GCSE English, IGCSE English as a Second Language or IELTS Band 5.5 or any equivalent EAL qualification as pass level or above. All Sixth Form entrants should have 6 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade 5 or above with Grade 7 in the subjects they wish to study.

In the lower school pupils are expected to evidence that they have the potential to achieve Grade 5 or above at English GCSE (or equivalent).

All pupils joining for a term or more will be asked to complete English and Maths tests so and appropriate level of support can be put in place. All pupils will be asked to attend an online interview with the Director of International Students.
