      What are the behavioural expectations in the Prep?

      The Golden Rules form the backbone of our behavioural code in the Prep and ensure that everyone knows the difference between right and wrong.

      They help pupils make positive choices as well as maintain the well-being and safety of the whole community. The guide principle for pupils in their behaviour should be respect for others and themselves. Our Golden Rules are:

      • We listen to people
      • We are honest
      • We are gentle
      • We are kind and helpful
      • We work hard
      • We look after property
      The Golden Rules apply not just in school but when pupils are representing the school or wearing uniform. Form teachers remind pupils of the Golden Rules at the start of each term. We also ask parents to support this positive behavious at home.
