How do we accept an offer of a place?

To accept an offer, you must return the signed Acceptance Form and pay the deposit.

Return paperwork

  • Sign the Acceptance Form and return it to the Admissions Team.

Pay the deposit

  • A deposit of £500 per child is required to secure a place for UK pupils.
  • For overseas pupils, the deposit is £3,500.
  • This deposit is credited back to you at the end of your child’s time at Leweston, but is non‑refundable if you decide not to take up the place.

Timing

  • Ideally, places should be accepted by the first Monday in March in the year preceding entry.
  • This allows the school to begin planning the curriculum, staffing, and class sizes.
  • Acceptances after this date are subject to availability in the relevant year group.
