When is the closing date for Sixth Form applications?

There is no formal closing date for Sixth Form applications, but most candidates complete the process by the end of February in Year 11.

We strongly recommend that prospective Sixth Form students and their families make contact in the Summer Term of Year 10, this ensures an invitation to our Sixth Form Introduction Day in June. Most candidates then attend a Sixth Form taster day in the Autumn Term of Year 11. We advise that applicants aim to complete the admissions process by the end of February in Year 11. This gives the greatest flexibility for subject combinations and course choices.

Applications made after February are still welcomed, but subject options may be limited by existing option blocks.
