Can I register my child if their age falls outside the correct band?

Pupils normally join the year group appropriate for their age, but we will consider applications one year above or below in some circumstances.

Leweston’s usual practice is for pupils to join the age‑appropriate year group. However, we are happy to consider pupils who are one year above or below the typical band where there is a good educational or pastoral reason for applying out of year.
